From the family room (and Queen suite) you can exit through the sliding patio doors to the extended (22' x 40') south facing pool deck area. You will find ample seating comprising of chairs and sun loungers; after all this is Florida and who wants to be inside?

For a little dining alfresco which has to be one of the great delights in such a fabulous climate why not have yourself a barbecue*.

The screened and heated** swimming pool complete with spa mean that you don't have to leave your villa to enjoy a fantastic holiday. You'll also find a bathroom and an outside shower so you really don't have to go inside at all!
